With a certain operational planning, the most appropriate pick-up times for your flight hours are recommended. Since our shuttle services are strictly departing, the transfer is carried out even if there is a single guest in the planned vehicles. During shuttle transfers, the vehicles are shared by different guests and an economical fee is charged in return. Our transfer vehicles will take all our guests to the accommodation units (house, hotel, hostel) within the destination they are going to...or, they will take them to a point where they will indicate. There is no additional charge for this service within the borders of the destination. All the vehicles used in our transfers are air conditioned and comfortable and have all the national and international standards determined by the relevant institutions. The movements of our shuttle services at airports are planned according to the landing hours of the guests who will share the vehicles. For this reason, waiting times may occur from the arrival time of the guests to the airport until the departure time of the vehicle. The waiting time is set as a maximum of 45 minutes for our first guest boarding the vehicle (The last guest boarding the vehicle does not wait at all). Our guests who will benefit from this service should complete the baggage collection and passport customs procedures and leave the terminal as soon as possible and meet with our airport staff waiting at the exit gate. Information about the orientation to the vehicles and the estimated departure time will be made by our staff. It should be taken into account that it may take up to 45 minutes to complete the baggage and customs procedures after the plane landing time, depending on the airport density. Since shuttle transfers are shared, there are stops in a certain order on the route according to the access points of the other passengers in the vehicle. The number of stops may vary depending on the number of passengers in the vehicle. Our operations team plans the transfers in the most effective way possible.
